Job Summary
As an L2/L3 Production Support professional, you will engage in SQL deployments, WebSphere deployments, UNIX configuration, communicate with clients via email, facilitate user requirement discussions, and manage shell scripting tasks. The role includes build documentation, ongoing BAU maintenance releases, implementation of fixes, status updates to clients and stakeholders, database import/export/clone activities, scheduling Autosys jobs, and creating Service Now Change/Task tickets.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 Years of experience
- Managed large transformational Mainframe platform migration / re-hosting projects
- Understanding of Mainframe application related to infra needs
- Knowledge and understanding of UX / Linux
- Hands-on experience in projects
- Strong project management skills
- Run a large complex project of at least 5m++
- Experience in contract administrations
- Ability in managing and handling 3P vendors providing application porting services and workload solutions services
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Ability in managing cross-country / regional / virtualization resources in projects
- Managing at CxO level customer
