Job Summary
The L2 Application Support Engineer is responsible for Level 2 application support, involving UNIX/Shell scripting, Oracle/PL-SQL, and knowledge of ITIL and investment banking domains. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining systems, conducting root cause analysis, and resolving complex software development issues in a production environment. Candidates should possess strong coding, testing, and debugging skills, with a medium level of ownership and the ability to work independently. A bachelor's degree along with relevant experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Level 2 Application Support (Mandatory)
- UNIX/Shell scripting
- Oracle/PL-SQL
- ITIL, Investment banking domain knowledge, Autosys
- 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Undergraduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 0-2 years relevant experience
