Job Summary

L1 Support Specialist to join Crystal's remote team serving Europe. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handle inquiries via email and internal ticketing, triage issues for L2/L3 teams, and build familiarity with the Crystal blockchain analytics platform. The role emphasizes rapid upskilling and progression, with ongoing training, documentation of initial troubleshooting steps, and potential weekend shifts as coverage expands.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Strong foundational computer literacy and reliable internet connection
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ambitious mindset focused on career advancement and adaptability to learn quickly
  • Willingness to accommodate potential 4-hour weekend shifts as support coverage expands in the future
  • Zero prior technical experience is required, just the drive to learn
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian or/and Russian (nice to have)
  • Exposure to ticketing workflows in platforms like Zendesk or Jira (nice to have)
  • Foundational understanding of basic troubleshooting stack, including RESTful APIs, browser DevTools, and reading basic application logs
