Job Summary
L1 Product Support Associate at Anchanto to provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for incidents, monitor alerts, document and manage incident reports, escalate to L2/L3 when needed, assist in onboarding and training, participate in on-call rotation, and contribute to process improvements. Requires 2+ years in client-facing roles and 2+ years in supply chain/logistics experience, familiarity with ticketing systems, and strong communication. Rotational shifts are noted.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of client-facing technical support experience
- 2+ years of supply chain/logistics experience (Preferred)
- Strong familiarity with ticketing system and its functionalities
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and application components
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and escalate issues as needed
- Proactive mindset to identify potential problems before escalation
- Root cause analysis for recurring issues
- On-call rotation willingness
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow) will be a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
