Job Summary
Investigations Clerk responsible for the day-to-day operation of processes across a portfolio of cases, managing diary prompts, and ensuring timely completion. Provides support to senior team members, builds relationships with other professionals, and coordinates funding referrals to banks and lenders. Handles case-related correspondence and calls from clients, creditors and ex-employees, adheres to Kroll’s systems and Health & Safety policies, pursues personal development, and demonstrates proactive, independent work with strong teamwork and organisation. Requires clear spoken and written English, confidentiality, problem solving, and ability to prioritise workload.
Required Qualifications
- Good general education – minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including English, Maths and IT
