Job Summary
Part-time L'Occitane Counter Host / Salesperson responsible for sharing product knowledge and inspiring clients with skincare and beauty recommendations, achieving sales targets and KPIs, maintaining an exceptional in-store luxury experience, assisting customers across the Cosmetic Department, and upholding visual merchandising standards. Candidate should have proven luxury cosmetics retail experience, strong sales skills, excellent people skills, and impeccable grooming. Role is 17.5 hours per week with applications closing 15 June 2026; applicants must have current eligibility to work in New Zealand.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience within the luxury cosmetics retail industry
- Ability to achieve and exceed KPIs and benchmarks
- Excellent customer service skills across a wide customer demographic
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with brand guidelines
- Initiative with the ability to motivate and adapt to changing business requirements
- Current eligibility to work in New Zealand
