Job Summary
Design, develop, and deliver training programs across various departments while identifying needs through job analysis, appraisals, and manager consultations. Coordinate and facilitate in-house and external training sessions, then evaluate effectiveness to provide reports on improvements. Maintain accurate training records and collaborate with HR and department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals. Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of experience in L&D or training, with strong communication skills and familiarity with digital learning tools.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development or Training roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms is a plus( LMS)
