Job Summary
As an L&D Specialist, you will strengthen employee engagement, learning, and culture across the organization by designing and running programs that improve connection, capability, and performance. You will own the company-wide engagement and learning calendar (townhalls, onboarding sessions, team activities, internal campaigns), plan and execute programs end-to-end, coordinate learning topics across technical, soft skills, and leadership areas, manage training logistics, run onboarding culture sessions, and partner with People Ops to embed culture and recognition into daily practices. You will track engagement and learning data, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement in program quality and impact. Required is experience in learning & development, employee engagement, culture, or HR program roles, with strong execution, calendar/tracker management, comfort with HR systems (LMS/HRIS), clear communication and facilitation skills, and a practical, ownership-driven mindset in a fast-moving environment.
