Job Summary
Execute nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation while providing holistic care to mothers and newborns during labor and delivery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and revise patient care plans, ensuring shared accountability for nursing practices. Manage high-risk labor cases requiring fetal monitoring and antepartum experience, utilizing Epic electronic health records. Requires 2 years of setting experience, current BLS and NRP certifications, and a 3x12 rotating shift schedule. Required Qualifications
