Job Summary
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Maple Grove, MN. Responsibilities include applying Standards of Nursing Practice, performing assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation; developing and revising patient care plans; coordinating care among disciplines; participating in shared decision-making for nursing practices; providing holistic care to mothers and newborns; and ensuring safety and comfort with fetal monitoring and obstetric care. Requires 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, high-risk obstetrics experience, fetal monitoring/antepartum experience, current BLS and NRP certifications, and Epic EHR proficiency.
