Job Summary
Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns in a 1:1 laboring nurse ratio, circulating during C-sections and assisting with antepartum care. Utilize strong IV skills and operate the OBIX Fetal Heart Monitoring System while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including lactation counselors and maternity educators. Float to NICU for feeders and growers as needed and participate in floor-specific orientation and ongoing professional development. Requires current RN license, ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications, plus one year of setting experience. Schedule includes 3x12 nights, every third weekend, and major/minor holidays. Join a supportive team focused on skin-to-skin care and keeping mothers and newborns together.
