Job Summary
Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns in a 1:1 laboring nurse ratio. Circulate during C-sections, assist with antepartum care, and utilize strong IV skills with the OBIX Fetal Heart Monitoring System. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including lactation counselors and maternity educators. Float to NICU for feeders and growers as needed. Participate in floor-specific orientation and ongoing professional development. Requires current RN license, ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications, plus one year of L&D experience. Schedule includes 3x12 nights, every third weekend, and holidays. Capstone Health supports travelers with lodging, meals, and comprehensive benefits.
