Job Summary
Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in California. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive care to expectant mothers before, during, and after delivery; monitoring fetal heart rates and interpreting fetal heart monitoring data; administering medications and assisting with pain management; collaborating with a multidisciplinary team; maintaining accurate patient records. Certifications and experience required include RN license, BLS, NRP/ALS or NALS, STABLE, ACLS, and FHM, plus 1 year of relevant setting experience. Offers patient care support, reimbursement/licensure benefits, and travel accommodations via Capstone Health. Shift: 3x12 Nights; Locations in Delano and Bakersfield, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification
- AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification
- S.T.A.B.L.E Certification (STABLE)
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification
- Need 1 year experience in setting
