L&D RN PRN Nights

Conduct comprehensive maternal and fetal assessments, monitor vital signs, uterine activity, and fetal heart rate patterns, and recognize early signs of complications. Care for patients with high-risk pregnancies on bedrest or undergoing treatment, and provide immediate postpartum recovery care including uterine assessment, pain control, newborn bonding, and breastfeeding support. Participate in rapid response during obstetrical emergencies including shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, hypertensive crisis, and fetal distress. This 23-bed Labor & Delivery unit at Sinai Hospital supports all levels of obstetrical care, including antepartum, intrapartum, high-risk labor, cesarean section, and immediate postpartum recovery.
