Job Summary
L&D Program Manager responsible for designing, delivering, and managing learning programs under Upchurch University’s four pillars: Upchurch Unique, Business Acumen, Industry Technical, and Environmental Health & Safety. Duties include curating multi-format content (workshops, e-learning, microlearning), facilitating sessions, managing training projects from ideation to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, partnering with subject matter experts, managing the LMS (UKG, Cornerstone) and ensuring training effectiveness through assessments and KPI data. Requires collaboration across field, office, and executive teams, travel between offices/sites, and a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 2–5 years in L&D, plus strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (UKG, Cornerstone) and e-learning tools (Articulate Rise, Canva, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management skills; experience with Asana or similar
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between offices and job sites as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally in construction, trades, or related industries
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., UKG, Cornerstone) and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Strong project management skills; experience with tools such as Asana or similar
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between offices and job sites as needed
