Job Summary
L&D Operations Consultant responsible for coordinating and administering global learning initiatives, managing LMS-enabled training assignments, tracking completion and compliance, generating reporting insights for stakeholders, and collaborating with People & Culture, managers, and partners to streamline learning processes and governance. Requires expertise in training administration, data management, reporting, and process improvement within a structured environment; supports continuous improvement of learning operations and governance frameworks while ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or HR operations
- Experience administering LMS and training programs
- Strong data management and reporting skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
