L&D Operations Consultant

L&D Operations Consultant is an individual contributor within People & Culture responsible for the administration, tracking, reporting and governance of global learning and development initiatives. The role manages end-to-end training assignment activities via the Learning Management System, ensures employees receive mandatory, compliance and developmental trainings on schedule, maintains accurate learning records, and provides reporting insights to stakeholders. The position collaborates with employees, managers, People Business Partners and the Lead Talent Development Consultant to streamline learning processes, improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational learning requirements, while driving continuous improvement of learning administration processes and governance frameworks to enhance the employee learning experience and organizational capability development. Ideal candidates will have experience in learning administration, HR operations or talent development coordination, with a focus on systems, data, reporting and stakeholder management in a structured environment.
