Job Summary
pladis is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to develop and lead comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational goals. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on leadership and talent development. Responsibilities include designing modern learning solutions, establishing governance for learning processes, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and mentoring team members. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, proven experience in managing large-scale programs, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Proven experience in leadership development, talent development and large-scale learning program management
- Strong business acumen to link learning initiatives with organizational performance
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and collaborate effectively at senior leadership level
- Strategic mindset with strong planning, project management and execution capabilities
- High level of analytical thinking, results orientation and continuous improvement mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree or certifications in Learning & Development, HR or Coaching
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environments
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital learning platforms and learning analytics
