Job Summary
Designs and develops sales, technical or leadership/management training materials, including both traditional and media-based deliverables. Delivers pilot training and train-the-trainer programs, leads portfolio management of learning solutions, aligns development priorities with corporate needs, manages forecasts, and conducts cost-benefit analyses. Requires advanced facilitation and content design, cross-functional collaboration (sales, marketing, GTM, etc.), and strong project management. Proficiency with tools like SFDC, Power BI, and Seismic; familiarity with MEDDPIC, Challenger, and OBS sales methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Typically 5-8 years in a training development or equivalent role
- Typically 4-6 years experience, including the management of large projects
- Advanced facilitation, content design, and consulting skills
- Advanced project management and process development skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams – sales, marketing, sales ops, GTM, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal/written
- Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with sales methodology (MEDDPIC, Challenger, OBS)
- Expert ability to quickly understand and adopt new, complex tools, technologies, systems
- Experience with SFDC, Power BI, Seismic
