Job Summary
L&D Development Expert – Data Protection Enablement focused on designing and developing sales, technical, or leadership training materials; delivers pilot trainings and train-the-trainer programs; leads portfolio management for learning solutions, aligns priorities with corporate needs, manages budgets and forecasts, and contributes to global curricula roadmaps. Requires advanced facilitation and content design skills, strong cross-functional collaboration, and ability to influence across sales, marketing, and GTM teams. Onsite role with expectation to work from an HPE office in the US or Costa Rica; salary ranges provided by location, with a base annual compensation offer range for US states Colorado and Texas.
Required Qualifications
- First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Typically 5-8 years in a training development or equivalent role
- Typically 4-6 years experience, including the management of large projects
- Advanced facilitation, content design, and consulting skills
- Advanced business and financial planning acumen
- Advanced project management and process development skills
- Advanced leadership, communication, change management, and relationship management skills
- Expert ability to quickly understand and adopt new, complex tools, technologies, systems
- Content management – enablement program creation, meeting content, and customized content
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal/written
- Ability to collaborate across teams – sales, marketing, sales ops, GTM, etc.
- Analytical skills
- Familiarity with sales methodology (MEDDPIC, Challenger, OBS)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks across various departments/stakeholders
- Training/coaching skills
- AI expertise related to enablement, onboarding, training
- Experience with SFDC, Power BI, Seismic
