Job Summary
Lead the deployment and local execution of KONE's learning strategy, partnering with business leaders and People & Culture teams to identify capability gaps and translate needs into effective learning solutions. Own the rollout of strategic programs covering leadership development, sales excellence, digital skills, and AI capability while managing program delivery, logistics, and stakeholder engagement. Coordinate graduate and apprentice development activities and promote digital learning solutions to enhance workforce capability. Track key metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and governance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Organisational Development, or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- 3-5+ years' experience in Learning & Development
- Experience in learning deployment
- Experience in facilitation
- Experience in program management
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships
