L&D and HR Operations Support Intern

Job Summary
Provide operational and project support to the Learning & Development and HR Operations area, contribute to implementing initiatives related to skills development and people management, organize and coordinate training activities (classroom, digital learning, webinars, e-learning, workshops), manage LMS documentation and training data, support HR lifecycle activities (onboarding, performance management, talent management, offboarding), assist with data collection and reporting of training KPIs, collaborate on cross-functional projects and process improvements, liaise with external training providers and funding bodies, and prepare reports and dashboards on training KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education Sciences, Economics (in progress or completed)
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Proactivity, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with LMS, HRIS, and people analytics
- Advanced English proficiency (speaking, comprehension, reading, writing)
