Job Summary
Drive profitable growth by originating, shaping, and converting strategic consulting opportunities within the UK Transport sector, targeting £12-15m in annual volume sales while managing margin expectations and backlog. Lead high-level client engagements by building deep relationships with CXOs, acting as the primary escalation point for delivery, and delivering complex transformation agendas that influence strategic change. Oversee multi-disciplinary teams to ensure execution of post-deal implementation, maintain Net Promoter Score targets, and develop future consulting leaders aligned with Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience pillars. Represent Kyndryl externally with industry bodies, analysts, and senior government stakeholders to establish market presence and credibility.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
- Demonstrable ability to build and commercialise relationships with senior executives
- Proven track record of selling, leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment
- Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
- Experience in managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
- Candidates must have experience in Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience
- Along with a strong industry focus in Public Sector
- Deep understanding of industry trends and technology
- Sound personal brand and presence in the industry
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
- Must have a strong track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation engagements
- Deep client relationships within their industry domain
- Proven ability to shape and lead complex consulting programmes aligned to one or more of our core value propositions
- Established network and credibility within the UK Transport sector
- Experience in Education considered advantageous

- Ability to “roll up sleeves” and create/provide content for proposals, SOW and deliverables

- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate the insights from findings to relevant stakeholders
