Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
• •Demonstrable ability to build and commercialise relationships with senior executives
• •Proven track record of selling, leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or financial services environment
• •Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
• •Experience in managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
• •Experience in Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience
• •Strong industry focus in Capital Markets, including experience across Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance or Market Infrastructure
• •Experience delivering transformation programmes across one or more of the following domains: Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Listed or OTC Derivatives, Prime Services, Securities Services, Clearing & Settlement, Market Risk, Treasury, or Regulatory Change (e.g. MiFID II, EMIR, Basel III, BCBS239)
• •Deep understanding of capital markets trends, trading platforms, market infrastructure, regulatory change and financial technology
• •Sound personal brand and presence in the industry
• •Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
• •Experience in capital markets transformation, front-to-back operating model change, trading platform modernisation, regulatory change, pre-deal and post-deal integration, planning implementation and ultimately supporting execution

• •Exceptional and advanced PowerPoint, Word & Excel skills to help convey messages and deliverables through modern consulting techniques
• •Ability to “roll up sleeves” and create/provide content for proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs) and deliverables
• •Ensure client and deliverable deadlines, and consult management system compliance
• •Takes pride in creating polished work products
• •Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate insights from findings to relevant stakeholders
• •Able to manage communication at working levels and demonstrate C-level gravitas
• •Able to drive and participate in workshops, clearly outlining outcomes and creating/presenting materials and deliverables
