Job Summary
KYC Representative responsible for verifying customer documents during onboarding for authenticity and compliance; serve as the point of contact for business escalations, provide progress updates on cases, and resolve them accurately and swiftly; identify issues or opportunities from daily work and escalate as needed; engage in additional projects/tasks; oversee SLAs to align with team and business goals; maintain strict adherence to local and global KYC standards and procedures; must communicate effectively in Mandarin and English; detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, and bring KYC knowledge as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or above
- Global work experience in payments is strong asset
