KYC Relationship Officer responsible for ensuring AML/KYC records are compliant, supporting client onboarding and renewal due diligence, and partnering with bankers and AML/KYC Operations to deliver high-quality client experiences; drives timely completion of client-level due diligence, manages risk, and supports the relationship-management process.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in financial services
- Ability to identify AML risks and apply AML/KYC policy concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of risk factors that may impact products/industries
- Ability to multi-task effectively and leverage internal resources
- Strong client focus and ability to partner with internal groups
- Independent, self-motivated with ability to adapt in a team environment
- Previous credit training or underwriting experience
