Job Summary
Lead the KYC Operations team overseeing daily KYC Analysts activities, driving customer due diligence reviews, risk-based decision making, and maintenance of KYC records per internal policies. Build and coach high-performing, customer-focused teams; identify opportunities for process improvements; manage KPIs and quality standards; collaborate with central functions and other operational teams; provide guidance on complex, high-risk cases and escalations; share expertise on regulatory obligations and Anti-Money Laundering practices to support the broader business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in KYC/AML, financial crime, compliance, or a related field
- 1-2 years experience of leading small to medium sized teams
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
