Job Summary
Lead a team responsible for KYC/CDD checks, ensuring adherence to internal policy and regulatory standards across a high-volume financial markets environment. Provide guidance on complex case decisions, review analyst work, and manage performance in a fast-paced setting. Own workflow governance, quality control standards, and MI reporting for senior management. Drive process improvements, handle capacity planning, and act as an escalation point for risk and compliance matters. Engage stakeholders globally across Compliance, Front Office, and Operations. This role supports a Financial Institution with a hybrid working model (3 days in office) and competitive salary.
Required Qualifications
- Proven KYC/CDD and AML knowledge
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations
- Proven experience leading a team within a financial services environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced setting
- Proven ability to review decisions and deliver constructive feedback
- Confident stakeholder management skills across global functions
- Strong understanding of FCA-regulated environments
