KYC and Credit/Business Support Analyst

Conduct due diligence on new customers, screen applicants, and request KYC information while reviewing documents and updating the workflow system. Perform periodic reviews, re-KYC checks, and ad-hoc record updates, including further due diligence on high-risk or PEP customers. Process customer transactions for loans and other products by preparing instruction sheets, managing quarterly rollovers, and liaising with customers or agents. Collaborate with internal Compliance and Operations teams for record approvals, document submissions, and account information sharing. Prepare MIS data and pitch books, maintain custody and control books, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
