Job Summary
Conduct factual-based analysis of KYC due diligence data, documents, and information to determine final client risk levels. Ensure diligence efforts align with regulatory requirements and internal policies while preparing memos to substantiate findings. Submit files for Relationship Manager approval and consult Compliance on financial security risk triggers. Collaborate with QA officers and team leads to improve four-eye check quality and organize the Client Acceptance Committee as needed. Requires minimum 3 days in-office presence (including Monday/Friday), Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- In-office presence is required a minimum of 3 days per week, one of which must be on a Monday and/or a Friday.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Attention to details, accuracy, reliability, initiative, working under pressure, respecting deadlines and good communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management
- Analytical Tools: MS Excel and Power BI
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of risk based due diligence is a plus
