KYC Analyst (French Speaker)

Job Summary
Explain KYC processes to clients, clarify onboarding and recertification requests, and prepare comprehensive "Kick-off packs." Conduct initial checks by gathering data from internal and external sources to ensure document validity and compliance. Define onboarding specifications, liaise with stakeholders for required documents, perform gap analysis, and conduct due diligence for multi-site clients while updating systems based on documentary analysis. Fluency in English and French is mandatory, with a background in Law, Finance, or International Relations and at least 1.5 years of experience in KYC or AML processes. Hybrid work requires 2/3 days in the Lisbon office per week.
Required Qualifications
- Academic background in Law, Finance, International Relations or related field
- At least 1/2 years of similar experience (KYC, AML, Banking Compliance processes in general)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Driven to team work
- Fluency in English and French (mandatory)
- (Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
