Job Summary
KYC Analyst responsible for day-to-day KYC team processes, monitoring ingoing and outgoing verification activity, ensuring group Know Your Customer, AML and Responsible Gaming compliance, handling KYC-related escalations from Customer Service, processing member cash-out requests per AML/KYC policies, monitoring third-party payment systems for issues, solving day-to-day problems, coordinating with the VIP team to satisfy fraud, KYC, EDD, and AML requirements for high-value player relationships, verifying member identity documents across multiple states and jurisdictions, acting as a liaison between members and internal/technical teams and third-party contacts, and assisting with player onboarding during the KYC process.
