Job Summary
Operate production lines by prepacking and final packing materials, setting up conveyor systems and managing continuous quality control. Adjust equipment for optimal performance, inspect machinery for faults, and coordinate with operators to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance. Monitor industrial waste, report safety or quality risks to management, and guide junior technicians on troubleshooting and technical procedures. Maintain 5S standards and complete assigned tasks while adhering to safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Tối thiểu bằng Trung cấp nghề hoặc Cao đẳng/Đại học
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong sản xuất, vận hành máy
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
- Tinh thần làm việc nhóm
- Có tính kỷ luật cao
- Tuân thủ các quy định của công ty
- Có khả năng hiệu chỉnh thiết bị hoạt động hiệu quả
- Có thể chủ động xử lý nhiều vấn đề liên quan đến sự cố thiết bị và quy trình sản xuất
- Có nền tảng kỹ thuật (ưu tiên)
