Conduct assembly, finishing, and preparation of prototype vehicles according to technical specifications. Perform quality checks and testing before handover, then coordinate with R&D, QA, and production teams to ensure schedule and quality targets. Document assembly errors and propose improvements during the process. Support trial runs, exhibitions, and evaluations by preparing vehicles for these activities. Requirements include being male, under 35, with a secondary education degree in mechanical, automotive, or mechatronics fields, plus at least one year of experience in mechanical assembly or automotive work. Candidates must be ready for overtime or shift work. The role is based at the VinFast Hai Phong factory.
