Job Summary
Develop after-sales technical documentation (AFS), user guides, and spare parts catalogs to support repair, maintenance, and service operations for VinFast vehicle models. Ensure document consistency across all models and markets while maintaining the Service Bill of Materials (S-BOM) for relevant systems and components. Update and publish technical materials in response to design changes or engineering specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather accurate technical data. Calculate labor hours on internal platforms and verify that all outputs comply with technical standards, brand identity, and legal requirements. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, three years of experience in automotive technical documentation, and proficiency in tools like Adobe FrameMaker or CATIA Composer.
Required Qualifications
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Cơ khí, Kỹ thuật Ô tô hoặc các lĩnh vực kỹ thuật liên quan.
- Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong lĩnh vực biên soạn tài liệu kỹ thuật, kỹ thuật hậu mãi ô tô, xây dựng sổ tay dịch vụ hoặc kỹ thuật ô tô.
- Hiểu biết vững về hệ thống xe, quy trình sửa chữa và hoạt động dịch vụ.
- Có khả năng đọc và hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, thông số kỹ thuật và BOM.
- Sử dụng tiếng Anh tốt phục vụ công việc (4 kỹ năng).
- Cẩn thận, có tính tổ chức tốt và có khả năng quản lý đồng thời nhiều dự án tài liệu.
Desired Qualifications
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ biên soạn tài liệu kỹ thuật (ví dụ: Adobe FrameMaker, CATIA Composer hoặc công cụ tương đương) là một lợi thế.
