Support service workshops and dealers on technical failures related to supplier quality and investigate product quality complaints. Submit technical reports to the quality management department for improvement research. Analyze and evaluate technical reports from dealers, then research improvement content from the manufacturer and release technical documents guiding workshop and national partner processing. Coordinate with relevant departments to deploy special bulletins to workshops and national partners. The role requires a university degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electronics Engineering with at least three years of experience in the automotive industry. Strong analytical skills for data evaluation and logical root cause investigation are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office for creating technical reports. Effective communication with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Warranty, and Dealer Services is necessary. The position involves a full-time commitment with a focus on proactive learning of new NSX technologies and maintaining accuracy in technical assessments.
