Job Summary
Develop production test processes for new product samples from R&D through mass production. Monitor PCBA and finished robot assembly progress while drafting technology production procedures. Build and execute ICT, FCT, and EOL test plans, adjusting test items to align with manufacturing needs. Evaluate production quality and propose improvement plans to enhance output standards. Collaborate across departments, partners, and management teams to handle assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học hoặc các chuyên nghành liên quan đến ô tô, cơ khí, tự động hóa
- Có kinh nghiệm về xây dựng phương án lắp ráp sản phẩm
- Có kinh nghiệm về sản xuất PCBA
- Có kinh nghiệm về xây dựng quy trình sản xuất
- Có khả năng viết kịch bản kiểm thử tự động, kịch bản kiểm thử phục vụ line sản xuất
- Có khả năng lập trình cơ bản: C / C# / Python
- Có khả năng thiết kế mạch Alitum và cơ khí Soliword
- Có kiến thức về điện, điện tử hoặc tự động hóa
Desired Qualifications
- Có kinh nghiệm về đánh giá DFM là một lợi thế
- Có khả năng thiết lập phương án kiểm thử, bài kiểm thử trên line sản xuất như EOL, ICT, FCT. Hiểu biết về IPC610
