Job Summary
Conduct mechanical design simulation and physical assembly testing for robot products, evaluating assembly and wiring routing plans to identify mass production risks. Assess wire harness paths to optimize routing and mitigate operational hazards, proposing improvements based on risk-based testing outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D and management teams to implement design for manufacturing (DFM) enhancements and refine mechanical assembly methodologies. Requires a degree in automotive or mechanical engineering with experience in simulation, complex wiring design, and basic programming (C/C#/Python).
Required Qualifications

- Có kinh nghiệm về xây dựng phương án lắp ráp sản phẩm
- Có kinh nghiệm về thiết kế, vận hành đường đi dây dẫn trên các sản phẩm có dây dẫn phức tạp như Ô tô, Robot, các hệ thống điện
- Có kinh nghiệm về mô phỏng cơ khí bằng các phần mềm chuyên dụng
- Có khả năng lập trình cơ bản: C / C# / Python
- Có khả năng thiết kế mạch Alitum và cơ khí Soliword
- Có kiến thức về điện, điện tử hoặc tự động hóa
Desired Qualifications
- Có kinh nghiệm về đánh giá DFM là một lợi thế
