Job Summary
Analyze and evaluate vehicle energy system architecture, building 1D models for full-vehicle energy assessment and optimization. Assess results to propose improvements enhancing performance, while participating in solving thermal issues and conducting experiments to calibrate models for simulation accuracy. Create documentation and establish simulation standards. Verify vehicle technical documents including ESOM, DFMEA, SOR, and technical standards, ensuring electrical-electronic system quality before production gate. Apply knowledge of HVAC equipment and safety standards like ISO26262 and LV123. Requires minimum three years of experience in energy and thermal strategy development for electric vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển chiến lược quản lý năng lượng và nhiệt, có khả năng đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu cho xe điện
- Kinh nghiệm thiết kế và phát triển kiến trúc hệ thống HVAC cho xe điện bằng các công cụ phân tích mô phỏng 1D
- Kiến thức và hiểu biết về các thiết bị trong hệ thống sưởi, làm mát, điều hòa không khí ứng dụng trên xe điện
- Kinh nghiệm tham gia các dự án công nghiệp liên quan đến thiết kế hệ thống năng lượng tổng thể cho xe
- Kiểm tra tài liệu kỹ thuật cấp xe: ESOM, DFMEA, SOR, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, DVP
- Kiểm tra chất lượng hệ thống điện – điện tử (EE) và đảm bảo chất lượng thiết kế xe trước khi mở cổng sản xuất
- Kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm mô phỏng 1D như Kuli, Flowmaster, Amesim
- Kiến thức về tiêu chuẩn hệ thống và an toàn: ISO26262, LV123, LV124, AIAG, NCAP
