Job Summary
Manager, Restructuring leads and supervises restructuring senior accountants in liquidation cases (voluntary and court appointments), manages a portfolio of restructuring clients, and assists in forensic accounting and complex litigation across multiple jurisdictions. The role supports Partners and Directors of Advisory, requires initiative, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines, with experience in offshore insolvency and cross-border matters considered a bonus and professional accounting qualifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- University graduates and members of a recognized accounting body
- Minimum of five years relevant work experience, preferably two or more in a restructuring role at a corporate level
- Experience in offshore insolvency and complex cross-border matters is a bonus
- Holding a specific restructuring-related qualification (e.g., JIEB or CPI) would be an advantage
