Job Summary
Lead the CIO Office and IT coordination department while developing and implementing strategy, policy, and objectives for the organization's information provision. Translate the organizational mission into concrete strategic goals and advise senior leadership on governance, security, and digital transformation challenges. Manage architecture frameworks, steer multi-year strategic programs, and initiate organizational development initiatives. Connect stakeholders and teams to strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing. Operate on the intersection of governance, information provision, and organizational development within a large public sector entity undergoing significant digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Ruime ervaring in een eindverantwoordelijke management-, directie- of CIO-rol binnen informatievoorziening, ICT of digitale transformatie
- Aantoonbare ervaring met organisatieontwikkeling, veranderopgaven en strategische implementatietrajecten
- Ervaring binnen complexe bestuurlijke organisaties, bij voorkeur binnen de publieke sector
- Gedegen kennis van IT-governance, architectuur, informatiebeveiliging en digitale innovatie
- Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van strategie, beleid en besturingsmodellen
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring binnen de rijksoverheid, het veiligheidsdomein of vergelijkbare publieke organisaties
- Ervaring met het ontwerpen en implementeren van een Target Operating Model
