Job Summary
Analyze quality deviations and customer complaints to initiate improvement measures and report conclusions. Support production, logistics, and other departments with quality issues while executing analyses, controls, and investigations. Contribute to projects covering environment, sustainability, and safety by signaling process improvements and optimizing systems. Assist with customer visits and certification processes. Requires MBO-4 or HBO education, knowledge of quality systems, and proficiency in Dutch and English. Full-time role in Bergen op Zoom with a starting salary of €3453.56 plus a 13.3% team allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde MBO-4 of HBO opleiding (recent afgestudeerd), bijvoorbeeld richting MLO, Procestechniek, Levensmiddelentechnologie, Kwaliteitsmanagement of vergelijkbaar of ervaring in het werkveld
- Kennis van kwaliteitssystemen, audits en procesoptimalisatie
- Een analytische en gestructureerde manier van werken
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
