KVCC Enrollment Navigator

Serve as a frontline representative for the Enrollment Services Center, providing guidance on admissions, transcripts, residency requirements, registration, onboarding, and financial aid processes. Assist students in navigating enrollment systems and troubleshooting account or registration issues while delivering responsive support through in-person, phone, email, chat, and text communication. Triage student concerns and connect them with appropriate campus departments and resources. Maintain accurate student records within the Student Information System (SIS) and ensure compliance with FERPA regulations and institutional policies. Collaborate with Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, and Registrar staff to support seamless student experiences.
