KVCC Enrollment Navigator

Serve as a frontline representative for the Enrollment Services Center by providing guidance on admissions, transcripts, residency requirements, registration, onboarding, and financial aid processes. Assist students in navigating enrollment systems, troubleshooting account or registration issues, and triaging concerns to connect them with appropriate campus departments. Deliver responsive support through in-person, phone, email, chat, and text communication while maintaining accurate student records within the Student Information System. Collaborate with Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, and Registrar staff to ensure compliance with FERPA regulations and institutional policies.
