KVCC Assistant Golf Coach

Conduct team practices, skill development sessions, and tournament preparation while providing instruction in golf fundamentals, swing mechanics, and course management. Assist the Head Coach in developing individualized training plans, monitoring student-athlete fitness and wellness, and supporting tournament-day operations including travel, warm-ups, and post-round evaluations. Build recruiting relationships with high school coaches and junior organizations across Maine and New England while managing equipment, travel coordination, and fundraising initiatives. Maintain compliance with institutional policies and foster an inclusive team culture.
