Prepare all hot and cold dishes according to preparation technology and norms, arrange finished food, and manage storage of raw materials. Monitor ingredients, prepare meals, and participate in monthly inventories. Select ingredients for meal preparation. Minimum III level professional qualification required; one year of chef experience preferred. Sports interest is a plus.
