Guide care workers through our job platform to create compelling profiles and initiate the digital application process. Provide individualized support by addressing specific candidate needs and requirements to ensure a seamless experience. Act as the primary interface between candidates and internal teams, including Customer Excellence Management and Account Management, to deliver optimal service. Document all candidate information accurately and maintain up-to-date key performance metrics. Leverage strong communication skills and empathy to negotiate effectively with clients and candidates while utilizing CRM systems, Slack, and Zoom for efficient daily operations.
