Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone and email, assisting with orders, pricing, availability, claims, and cost estimates. Collaborate with field sales and internal teams to resolve inquiries efficiently while contributing ideas to improve service processes. Inform clients about products and services using catalogs and brochures, occasionally accompanying sales colleagues on customer visits. Maintain a 20-hour weekly part-time schedule in Solothurn.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
