Kundendiensttechniker Raum Stralsund/Greifswald (w/m/div.)

Conduct independent start-ups, maintenance, and repairs on Bosch Thermotechnik products, including heat pumps, split air conditioners, and gas/oil heating systems. Serve as the primary contact for customers to resolve complaints using analytical and technical skills during measurements and tests. Manage modern IT equipment and a fully equipped service vehicle, including tools and spare parts, while performing remote diagnostics from your home location. Requires a completed vocational training in mechatronics, electrical, or heating technology, plus strong German language skills and customer-oriented communication abilities.
