Job Summary
Oversee daily operations as the technical lead for service technicians, conducting control and technical verification of completed heat pump installations. Diagnose technical faults independently and analyze customer complaints to drive solutions. Plan materials for service and complaint visits while instructing technicians on defect remediation. Optimize service and installation processes and manage on-site troubleshooting at customer locations. Requires SHK technician or master status with at least two years of heat pump experience, Class B license, and on-site presence in Bochum.
